THE FIVE-MONTH MODEL

A reminder tells you it's due. We give you five months to decide.

Companies don't just miss renewals, they never get the chance to ask the real questions. Is this still the right software? Should this device be replaced instead of re-covered? Is this still the right partner? Renewals360 starts the conversation five months out, because that's how long a proper answer takes.

Track A: Software

The first notification lands at five months. Your current partner, already on the record, is asked to confirm any changes to the vendor's terms, product stack or pricing, and to advise the vendor's own renewal process and turnaround. You request options on alternatives: is this still the best tool, is there a better price, has the offering changed? If you switch, the platform reminds you at one month to give the incumbent formal notice, and you've left yourself time to plan the migration properly. And where software is bought through a cloud marketplace, increasingly the norm, there's no partner in the transaction to remind anyone at all. The tracking has to be yours.

Renewal

Here's what twenty years in the channel taught us: when your vendor knows you're genuinely looking at alternatives, the pricing improves. Reliably. The five-month process saves money even when nothing changes.

Not every renewal needs the full treatment.

If a renewal is settled, no risk, no questions, decline the five-month notification with a reason, and we'll simply remind you at one month to start quoting as normal. Every decline is a recorded, attributable decision. When something is ever missed, the record shows who judged it safe, and when. That's the accountability you're actually buying.

Getting started takes 48 hours, and we do the heavy lifting.

Send us your renewal spreadsheet, any format, any state. Our import was modelled on the real workbooks we ran for clients for years, so yours will look familiar. Within 48 hours you're looking at your own next 180 days: owned, prioritised, and ready to work. Up to 250 obligations included in every plan. No implementation project, no consultants, no six-week onboarding.

Day 0: send the spreadsheet · Day 1: we load, clean and check · Day 2: walkthrough of your live forward view

Five months of head start begins with one spreadsheet.
